Attendance Note: As Momo has organised this meeting personally and this is not his first rodeo secretly organising people under the nose of the powers that be, invitations to this meeting would be in-person (with instruction not to discuss it on the Syntrofos at all, even in "private" apps/channels) and extended to people he has enough CR with to trust that they won't compromise the safety of those who've agreed to offer their information. As such, the general guide for invitation goes as follows (you are also very welcome to contact me to clarify whether someone would qualify/whether we can discuss some manner of workaround):
-Characters who have had at least 2 in-person interactions with Momo (ideally threaded but people who are e.g. on Aparallaxia restorations which he's been working on for the last couple of months, where it's easy to assume interaction happened can be handwaved, just let me know if you'd like to go that route), who he has been able to form a clear read on (between his own abilities and the Arthropoda heightened sense for intent and deceit, he has found out that Spectrals can lie to him without triggering his Arthro senses so he would be more cautious vetting them) - he has to be sure they would not compromise the meeting. Even if they do not have information of their own to table, they are encouraged to come as this increases the spread of the info.
-Characters who someone else attending would trust enough to invite and would be willing to be vetted beforehand (vetting etc can be handwaved however must still result in aforementioned certainty the others at the meeting would not be compromised by their being invited). This especially goes in the case of characters who have their own information to offer, as Momo would be touching base with people he knows to see if there's anyone who he might not know (or know well) but has something important to table.

If your character is interested in info but would not end up with an invite by this metric, I am extremely open to setting up threads for March to further spread info pooled at this meeting, just let me know if you'd like to plan something.
